N: His son, Charles I become a king who ignored his parliament. He also tried to force
everyone to learn catholic. This led to the English civil war.
PARLIAMENT1: (talk to their side) What should we do. He just simply believe in the divine right
of kings. And force us to worship Catholic.
PARLIAMENT2: I heard that Oliver will lead the war. So prepare well. UNDERSTAND!!!!

monarchy.
N: Charles II became king. He and his parliament re-introduced the Anglican church. However,
he secretly gave more freedom to Catholics and converted himself into Catholicism when
France allied with England.
PARLIAMENT: Charles II always helps the Catholic to let them have more freedom. We couldn't
let him do this non-sense.
N: Charles II converted to Catholic before he died and James II became his successor. He
introduced the Declaration of Indulgences which allowed freedom of religion to Catholic. James
II had two children one of them is a Protestant daughter and Catholic son. James II would name
his son a successor which displeased the Protestant.
M: I will establish the Declaration of Indulgences. And I am officially announcing that my son will
be taking the throne after me.
Parliament: I suggest that it will not be a good idea. So I suggest you think once again.
M: I have made my decision. Listen to what I say!!

angry and prepare the armies ready.
M: Go get Mary to punish and execute for being corrupt to me.
Parliament: I guess I could not do anything with her right now because she is protected by the
armies of Prince William.
M: Then prepare armies. If there is not enough then enlisted more. Immediately!
N: The day has arrived. William brings thousand of armies from his kingdom. The armies were
tough and strong. For the King’s side, the armies were as much as William’s. Unfortunately
somehow the king’s armies just abandon him and went to assembling with William’s men. This
made the King need to run away.
Parliament: Now you and your wife have the rights to take over the throne.
Parliament 2: And now we are prepared to introduce the Bills of Right. These bills ensure that
no Catholic monarch will be able to take the thrown
Mary II: So no more Catholic ruler
Parliament: Yes your majesty
N: So this finally come to the endThe Bills of Right has been introduced as well as constitutional
democracy becoming the new ruling system. This ystem give more power to the parliament. of
the Glorious revolution. The effect of the revolution are as followed,The constitutional
democracy has been introduced as a new ruling system for the country where the parliament
have power over the monarchy. This is after Oliver Cromwell.This also linked to the idea of
decline in the power of the monarchy and increases in power of parliament. The Bills of Right
was introduced later where this bill gave the succession to Mary’s sister, Anne, in default of
issue from Mary, barred Roman Catholics from the throne, abolished the crown’s power to
suspend laws, condemned the power of dispensing with laws. After this event, The occurrence
of American revolution is followed up. Lastly is the uprising in the American Colonies where it is
linked to the American Revolution. The reason behind this was because the colony thought that
England was weakened and it is a signal for them to revolt.
