    We are the Consumers Club of Roxas. For several months, we have been offering our service, LBA
    (Live Blood Analysis) in different Barangays here in Capiz. The said service will help people be
    aware and knowledgeable enough to address future health problems or diseases they might
    encounter.

    In line with this, we are asking your good office’s permission to allow us to conduct and offer our
    service, LBA (Live Blood Analysis) in your Barangay on February 4, 2017.

    May we also request if we can set-up in a specific place here in your Barangay, in the case that you
    will allow us to conduct our service on the said date.
