The scope of this project is to gather and analyze IBM Interact/Campaign requirements from different
channel owners and implement that logic to develop campaigns/Interact Campaigns in IBM Unica
Campaign/Interact which are adhoc/regular in nature and ensure their smooth execution through
various channels of communication. To collect data sources information from respective department
and design ETL logic for ODS.

The scope of this project is to gather Campaign requirements from business team and implement that
logic to develop campaigns in IBM Unica Campaign.
Gathered campaign requirement and tables details from the business team.
Designed Optimized Marketing campaign and flowchart after understanding marketing
requirement.
Used the custom macro and user variable features on Unica IBM Campaign.
Validate results to ensure accurate campaign execution.
Prepared the sample data for complex logic testing.

The scope of this project is campaign design must be compatible and able to integrate, existing SWM
direct marketing campaigns across mail, phone, sms, and email. The design also needs to be able to
integrate with up to three different existing SWM email providers. Campaign design must be able to
utilize the data from the other components of the SWM ‘Data Commercialization’ Solution. Also
analyze requirements and implement logic to develop campaigns in IBM Unica Campaign and ensure
their smooth execution through various channels of communication.

ICICI Prudential has implemented Affinium Campaign and Emessage 7.5 to enhance their
campaign management process. They have several campaigns to be executed on a adhoc/regular
basis and email communications needs to send out to the target audiences for respective offers.
Using the inbuilt features of Affinium Campaign and Emessage client is easily able to accomplish
their various tasks.
