Description:
This system is designed to issue the insurance policies through the process for the customers of
Insurance Australian Group. This application is accessible to Wesfarmers Insurance Agents. The
Insurance Agents team can work on collecting the inputs from customers and issues the policies. This
process utilizes the most of PRPC rules to implement the application. Application development has
completely been developed using PRPC tool. Also this system would help Agents to generate ad-hoc
reports which contains insurance policies start date, end date, time taken to complete, number of hours
spent, ratings information of policies and live issues if any etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Involved in the technical aspects as a Team Member.

 Designed and implemented user interfaces using Sections, Harness, Flow Actions, and HTML stream
rules.
 Involved in creating Flows, Activities, and Properties in the System.

CWS application aims to provide an end to end process for applying claim for policyholder by
broker. Here we’re continually upgrading our claim system to improve usability and claim processing
efficiency. Workflows and Tasks have always played a key role in the core product automation to
improve claim processing efficiency. Self-service workflows have recently been implemented in the
claims system to allow users to set up workflows internally, based on specific claim conditions.
Responsibilities:
 Developed activities, flows, SLAs, declarative rules and decision rules as per the business
requirement.
 Interaction with QA and Business teams for various reviews.
 Extensive debugging Skills in PRPC using with TRACER, Clipboard.
 Worked on integration services like SOAP and Connect-SQL.

phone number on any type of mobile phone, but also can leverage existing Point-Of-Sale (POS)
infrastructure.
