We wish to inform you of the change that have been made in the functioning of our group, effective
immediately.
1 strike policy for Absence without notification to Supervisor (No-call, No-show) for one (1) day is
considered Absent without Official Leave (AWOL). Incident Report should be submitted by the HK
Supervisor to HR for providing sanction.
We hope all the Housekeeping Supervisors/Team Leaders will adhere to these changes as they have
adhered to the previously functioning policy. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
