Adam Wijdaan Dhiya Ulhaq is a student in class D4 1B. The document discusses the possibility of a "democratic dictator" and how excessive democracy without rules or sanctions can lead to chaos. While democracy allows citizens to participate in decision making, a dictatorship places one individual in power without restrictions, preventing citizens from voicing opinions that are core to democracy. Democracy and dictatorship cannot be combined as a dictator would not allow democratic expression of opinions that challenge their authority.

A dictator is a leader of a country who governs authoritatively / tyrannically and
oppresses his people. Usually a dictator rises to the throne using force, often with a coup. But there are also dictators who take the throne democratically. The most famous example is Adolf Hitler. While democracy is a form of government in which all citizens have equal rights in decision making that can change their lives. Democracy allows citizens to participate either directly or through representation in the formulation, development and law making. Democracy includes social, economic and cultural conditions which allow for the practice of free and equal political freedom. The fall of the new order led to an order of reform that was full of hope and openness. More than 13 years after the collapse of the New Order, the spirit of our democracy has become more passionate, the period of openness and issuing opinions has reached its peak. But the longer we don't realize we are trapped in a period of excessive democracy. Free speech and freedom to act without strict rules and sanctions. Sanctions are always considered to be compromised, this happens slowly and continuously, as a result there is not a single symbol and state institution that has the authority to regulate this chaos. All people feel they have the right to express their opinions, have the right to act, and have the right to determine what is appropriate for themselves regardless of others. In essence, someone must reorganize the order of the life of our nation and state at all costs. Democracy cannot be combined with dictatorism because if there is dictatorism in one country, then democracy will not work because an individual is in power without any particular restrictions so that the people of that country cannot voice their aspirations and opinions even though in democracy expressing opinions in public for the common good is the core of that democracy. then if there is a dictator who certainly holds the understanding of dictatorship then democracy certainly cannot work in the country because the policies of the dictator's state only hold on the policies of his dictator / leader.
