2. Above the references pertains to the Anti-Narcotics Operation Conducted by joint elements
of SAID-SOTU and Plaza Miranda PCP of this Station at about 4:00 pm of September 10,
2013 along Leonor Rivera St. Cor. Blumentritt St. Sta. Cruz, Manila that led to arrest
Below-named suspects, to wit;

S1- REY CALDOSA, 52 years old, male, single, jobless and residing at 99
Anitipolo St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.
S2- JOCEL LIM, 31 years old, female, single, jobless andat 99 Antipolo
St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.
S3- MARK CABLEROS, 34 years old, male, single, jobless and residing
at 99 antiopolo St., Sta. Cruz, Manila.

3. Recovered from the suspects possession were four (4) pieces of small heat sealed
Transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu and
a pieces of five hundred pesos bill marked money. Confiscated illegal drugs were submitted
to MPDCLO for forensic chemical Laboratory examination.

4. A case for RA 9165 is being prepared by PO3 Arnel Dela Cruz against the suspects and
the case will be referred to Manila City Prosecutors office for inquest proceedings
