GOOD MORNING.__________

Not long ago, prior to my assigment here in pro7, you have witnessed the
turn-over of command of the outgoing and incoming regional director, then
PBGEN DEBOLD SINAS AND PBGEN VAL DE LEON. This morning, in
an unexpected turn of events, we again have a new regional director in the
person of PBGEN ALBERT IGNATIUS DACOCO FERRO. Indeed, we
once again observe that officers come and go. That somehow, everything
is temporary; relationships, people, things, events, and in our parlance- unit
commander.

When we realize that nothing is permanent in this life, we will become more
attuned, more forgiving and less judgmental, more accustomed, and quick
enough to acclimatize with the new environment. Just in time with the
outbreak of the Novel Corona Virus- we have a new commander. Certainly,
there is a reason for everything. We have to abide with the wisdom of our
Chief PNP.

With the advent of our novel Regional Director, let us warmly welcome him!
His assignment in PRO7 is not by accident. I am therefore challenging
everyone to throw our support, 101 percent and let us align ourselves with
the guidance, wisdom and style of his leadership.
