(Greetings)

Thank you Lakan and Atty. Gerard Ace J Pelare for the
magnificent words, you have made us at ease with your
mastery of words. I truly feel at home in PRO7 for the
warm welcome that you have accorded me and to the
other newly assigned Lakans.

This welcome party is an opportunity for us to bond with

other Lakans and get know other brothers in service. A
time to let down our guards and just enjoy each others
company.

I want to inspire and encourage the young officers to be

steadfast in your courage to be exemplary police officers,
and perform to the best of your ability.

We can truly display our patriotism by protecting and

serving the people with truthfulness and dignity. Take into
heart the we can truly be called police officers if we have
integrity to our name. An honest service is more important
than gaining money. That is the legacy we can leave to
our children and family.
I am your older brother and I speak from experience and
long service in the PNP. We can walk straight and hold
our heads up high if we are honest and dedicated to our
sworn oath.

I will not make my message long and bore you because

we are here to enjoy and have fun.

I would like to thank the PNPA Lakans of Central Visayas

Inc. for gathering everyone for this party.
