03 Dec.2019 - at around 2015LT while the vessel is discharging cargo at Kandla,India, Deck Crane no.1
luffing will operate only when booming down, but when booming up the brake will not release thus
make the luffing inoperable during boom up.

ESTIMATED CAUSE（ON SHIP）：

Spare part replacement = JPY 910,000

Transportation = JPY 265,000
Custom Clearance /Deliv. Charge = USD 1500

New spare part delivered onboard on 8th Dec.2019 evening.

COUNTER MEASURES：
Removed vane pump of Deck crane no.2 and transferred to Deck crane no.1 .

08th Dec.19 - Received new spare vane pump

1900LT / 08th Dec 19 - Work permit issued by Port thru her agent
2030LT / " - New hyd. pump delivered on board
2030LT / " - Commence installation work by Engineers
2330LT / " - Completed installation then tested Deck crane no.2 luffing operation and found
satisfactory.
