Ketone (5400 MTPA), Secondary Butyl Ether, Straight Run LPG, Spent H2.
• CETEX has reaction stream facilitated with YOKOGAWA DCS system control.
• Handling more than 40 metric tons of N-butenes / day.

NATURE OF JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES HELD:

• Methyl Ethyl Ketone purification section

• Emergency shutdown, Trouble shooting, Normal startup and shutdown.
• Monitoring and Recording of field readings..
• Handing over Equipment for Maintenance safely.
• Handling of Chemicals (CAUSTIC).
• Working knowledge in loading and unloading of petroleum products (LPG, DIESEL,FURNACE
OIL,SBA,MEK)
  Working knowledge in Hot oil Systems & start up procedure
 Working knowledge in flare light up system
 Operation of Azeotropic Distillation & Fractionation Column with both packing
and tray internals
 Working knowledge of Feed Preparation Unit

 Working knowledge of Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities

FIRE & SAFETY EXPOSURE:

Well versed in Safety Operation of Petrochemical Plant fire fighting with Sprinkler operation on
Principle of Quartz bulb, Hydrant, Fire monitors, Manual call points, Gas detectors and Mock drills.

FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:

Extinguishers like DCP, Co2 and foam, Foam trailers, water monitors, single headed hydrant, double
headed hydrant, water sprinkler system, etc.
