Good

1. Simple and so far effective. In 1 wk -6lb. Feeling healthier, less tired and more energy.
Using this APP to detox, lose weight to maintain healthy BMI. I'm afraid due to personal
finance I'm using a free version of the APP. I expect ADs because of this but there aren't
any. I wouldn't mind if there were ads to help support the APP because I'm using it Free.
But I guess right now this is a positive. Additionally, I therefore cannot comment on the
Coach subscription side of the APP.
2. Lost 5 lbs the first week and have yet to put it back on. This app's free features may be
simple but you will get results. Not only am I finally reducing my caloric intake, but only
being able to eat for a set amount of time has made me more aware of exactly what I've
been eating. I'm making better food choices in order to provide my body with proper
nutrition. I've been recommending it like crazy.

1. Can't give it 0 stars or i would. For how much it cost you think their would be more to it.
There is no meal tracking or true guidance at all. The fasting times are random through

the day most of which leave the only time to eat later at night or skipping breakfast both
of which are not helpful to your body. Super mad and wanting my money back!!
2. Could have been a good app but needs a lot of work. Started in January but I needed to
customize my number if fasting hours.would have to pay for a coach I didn't want to use
it. Only thing I've been using for is weight loss graph. I've lost 69 lbs on my own. Needed
to make major changes they do not tell you about. (Eating whatever you want within
reason is not enough). Also cannot find a list of weight entries with dates(would be
useful). I'm doing it without any app successfully.
