FLUSHING STEPS FOR FREE-FALL LIFEBOAT DAVIT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

一、清洗

First: Cleaning

1、打开放油塞将油箱内存油排掉。

1. Open the drain plug, remove all the oil in the oil tank;

2、打开油箱清洗盖，用新油清洗油箱内部，必要时用不掉毛的毛刷刷去表面赃

物。

2. Open the cleaning cover of the hydraulic station, use new oil to clean

the inside of the tank. If necessary, brush the inner surface;

3、用煤油或新油将吸油滤油器清洗干净，晾干，回装。

3. Use the kerosene or new oil to clean the oil filter, drying in the air

and installing it;

4、将回油滤油器滤芯更换备件。

4. Replace the return oil filter;

5、将空气滤清器滤网清洗干净。

5. Clean the air filter.

二、清洗液压系统

Second: clean the hydraulic system

1、用 20μm 过滤机给液压站油箱加入半箱新油。

1. Use 20 μm filter to pour hydraulic oil which same as hydraulic oil

for working, the quantity is about 100L;

2、调节多路阀上的溢流阀，将溢流阀压力旋钮调至最低。
2. Adjust the overflow valve on the multi-way valve, and adjust the
pressure relief valve to a minimum;

About the overflow, clockwise, high

pressure; anticlockwise, low pressure.

3、启动油泵，运转 10min，反复操作多路阀上油缸及绞车的操作手柄，运转 20min。

3. Start the pump, and run 10min. Then operate the handle of the winch

and cylinder on the multi-way valve repeatedly, and run 20min.

4、放掉油箱内全部油液。

4. Put off all the oil in the tank;

5、重新加入新油，重复以上步骤 1-4。

5. Add the new oil, and repeat the above steps 1-4;

6、打开油箱清洗盖，清洗吸油滤油器，若吸油滤油器很脏，需重复以上步骤 1-5。

6. Open the cleaning cover, clean the oil filter. If the oil filter is

dirty, please repeat the above steps 1-5.

三、加工作油

Third: add the working oil

1、用 20μm 过滤机给液压站油箱加入 HM46 抗磨液压油，油箱油位高度需满足高

低液位标签要求，调节多路阀上溢流阀压力旋钮将系统压力调至 17MPa.
1. Use 20 μm filter to pour appropriate amount HM46 hydraulic oil which

same as hydraulic oil for working, and quantity of the oil should be meet

the requirement of low and high level labels. Adjust the overflow valve on

the multi-way valve, and adjust the pressure relief valve to 17MPa.

四、日常维护

Four: daily maintenance

1、使用 HM46 抗磨液压油，需半年更换一次。

1. The hydraulic oil should be used the HM46, and it will be changed one

half a year.

2、吸油过滤器、回油过滤器滤芯应保持清洁，保证通畅，需半年清理一次。

2. The oil filter、return oil filter should be keep clean, and they should

be cleaned one half a year.

3、每月需检查油箱液位高度，油箱油位高度需满足高低液位标签要求。

3. Check the height the hydraulic oil monthly, and the oil height should

meet the requirement of the high and low level labels.
