1 Schedule
This schedule defines the major tasks to be completed during the life of the project. Individual tasks may be added,
deleted or moved as required to meet the demands of the design. This project is estimated to take 700 hours of work to
complete. This period of time may vary depending on additional workload, last-minute changes, additional submissions,
and third-party service providers. Additional feature requests and design changes will be billed for separately.

1.1.1 Phase 1
 Proposal review
 Proposal acceptance
 Initial payment – 50% of the total cost

1.1.2 Phase 2
 Design of site theme, look and feel, content layout, fonts, etc.
 Development of navigation scheme
 Finalization of site map (when and where applicable), site layout, and final preparations for construction
 Review and approval of mockups/briefs/proofs

1.1.4 Phase 3
 Primary content placement (filler/lip sum + images)
 Incorporation of any new material including images, text and components of the general website design (that
are within scope).
 Testing; links, forms and email addresses tested to make sure that they all work effectively
 Present your site to you for review and approval
 Make additional revisions and adjustments where necessary (that are within scope)
 Final payment – 50% of the total cost

1.1.5 Phase 4
 Transfer ownership of the site to you
 Files that constitute the site will be transferred to your webhost so that the site can be live at the domain of
your choosing, on the hosting plan that you have purchased.

Areas Out of Scope

 OS, MS Office licenses, SMS gateway, Email Server or any chargeable service. Will not be provided under this
proposal. You are responsible for acquiring all necessary licenses/services required as a result of this proposal
if required.
 Any royalty images used would be charged additional.
 Any further updates or additional mockups would be charged extra.
 Any third party service like SMS will be charged according to service provider’s fees structure.
 Once the website work will have finished and uploaded on the live server then after additional request or
support will be additionally charge.

Organizational Change Management
 Any changes to the organization’s structure resulting in repetition of tasks by webstreettechnologies, for
example, training, testing, designing etc. would be handled as a change request.
 Any major change in requirement once finalized would be charged over and above the actual cost.
 Any new functionality developments those are not present as standard in the project requirement’s document
would be treated as a change request.

WebStreet Technologies agrees that Wishing Step Pictures Inc., a Canadian corporation, ("Company") will have exclusive
ownership in all ideas, discoveries, source code, inventions, formulae, algorithms, techniques, processes, know-how,
trade secrets and other intellectual property, including all expressions of such intellectual property in tangible form,
("Inventions") which the WebStreet Technologies (including any of its employees or subcontractors) conceives of or
makes for the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates during the WebStreet Technologies’ s engagement with the
Company. The WebStreet Technologies hereby assigns to the Company all rights, title and interest it may now or in the
future have in and to the Inventions and waives its moral rights to any and all copyrights subsisting in the Inventions.
