I. Opening Proper
A. The program was opened and emceed by Mark Elauria through singing of the
National Anthem and opening prayer.
B. Opening Remarks
1. Mrs. Marivic Lera, ASTP for Special Programs and Projects for Junior
High School expresses her gratitude for the Computer School on Wheels
Project and congratulates everyone for doing their best.
2. Mrs. Yolanda Peñalosa, ALS Coordinator of Lagro High School talks
about how the project Computer School on Wheels help ALS Students.
C. Inspirational Talks
1. Mr. Alfonso “Al” Valenzuela, the project head of Councilor Joe Visaya,
talks about the innovation caused by technology and how it helps our life
become easier. He also discusses the advantages of the students once they
graduated from this project such as TESDA accreditation and many more.
II. Presentation/Confirmation of Graduation
A. Mr. Alfonso "Al" Valenzuela congratulated the students and confirmed their
graduation as official graduates of the Computer School on Wheels Project. VII.
Awarding of Medals
 B. The medals were awarded by Mrs. Arlene Artus, coordinator of the
commencement exercise, for the third; Mrs. Yolanda Peñalosa, Lagro High
School ALS Coordinator, for the second; and Sir Alfonso "Al" Valenzua, Project
Head of Councilor Joe Visaya, for the first.
III. Distribution of Certificates

A. The coordinators of the commencement exercise recognizes the participants by

giving them certificates.
