NEX'S HOME-STYLE EATERY

INTRODUCTION:

Nex's Home-Style Eatery is solely owned by Noemae C. Cerro and is


located at the town proper of Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte. It is a well-built eatery
which will also offer catering services. Customers will be amazed by the foods
Nex's HE can offer since they will experience home-style and deliciously cooked
cuisines with mouth-watering aroma. Customers will surely be satisfied with the
way we render our services.

VISION:

We envision Nex's Home-Style Eatery to be progressive having the ability


to obtain a functional business operation and at the same time offering services that
are suitable enough for the customer's satisfaction. We aim to acquire a good
business reputation through giving the customers comfort and quality-based
services.

MISSION:

Our mission is to provide a unique, relaxing and satisfying dining


experiences similar to dining at home. We will strive to meet customer's needs and
will be mindful of the well-being of our staffs, treating each other with dignity and
respect for the workplace to be called a home.

GOALS:

business which is the Nex's Home-Style Eatery. I would like to state the fact that
base on my learnings about how to manage a business and with the help of my aunt
who is a business manager also, I'm confident enough that I can handle this
business with utmost ability.

To tell you about my business, it is an eatery which will offer not just mere
foods but healthier, family-styled and quality-based cooking which will offer
catering services. Our customers will experience eating their chosen meals just
like eating at home. I can assure that with great efforts practiced by our staffs, we
can meet customer's satisfaction and comfort. I am proposing this to you because I
like to prove to myself that I have learned and more to that, I want to fullfil my
dream and this is what I want. Moreover, my dream is my family's dream also. I

Nex's Home-Style Eatery's success will be through doing friendly service


to customers and serving great foods at affordable prices. We will be able to offer
home-style meals for a comfortable "home-like" setting.

Services will be offered at the location in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte,
town proper. Catering services will be reaching places nearby during events and
occasions.

The average pricing from breakfast to dinner will be ranging from Php50
to Php175.

D. Promotion

As our promotion and Advertising Strategy, we will addour specials to


our website to encourage customers to try our foods. We will consider posting our
menus, driving locations and crucial informations at our social media cites. More

• Attending Foodie Events • Advertisements as the business expands


CONCLUSION

Nex's Home-Style Eatery will attain success and will satisfy the customers'
needs. This can be done first with the proper and accurate management wherein all
the staffs ranging from the CEO to the employees will do the jobs assigned to them
effectively and efficiently. Employees as well will be motivated through practicing
a healthy relationship within the workplace as well as imposing trainings and
behavioral development activities. Reward systems also will be part of the
motivation process.
The staffs will ensure that the activities being performed will be
according to what is being planned in order to avoid complications and problems in
the organization. Marketing functions needed to be considered as well as the
customers' perspectives.

Business needs promotion, that is why after the approval, marketing


methods will be started. This will include the promotion for the public to know that
Nex's HE is an eatery and a home. Our tagline says it all, "Nex's Home-Style
Eatery: Good and lovable foods served just for you by good people."

STAFFING

RECRUITMENT

Two weeks after the proposal is approved, the Human Resource Personnel
will recruit applicants and will conduct the interviews and tests.

SELECTION
After the recruitment interviews , qualified applicants will be selected from
the pool.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Trainings will be imposed by the HRP to enhance the employees' effectivity.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

Employees' performance will be reviewed to determine if their jobs are done


well and to know if there are complications.

REWARD SYSTEM DESIGN

Employees who withstand above the others will be given corresponding


rewards for them to be motivated and will serve as inspiration of the others.

DISTRIBUTION OF TASKS

NOEMAE C. CERRO - the General Manager, will be the one to manage the
business, establish goals and performance standards, institutionalizes activities and
create the vision of the business.

MR. NIKKO MONTER - the Human Resource Personnel will be the one to
manage the employees recruitments, trainings and reward systems.

MS. HONEY GRACE NALIMOT - Marketing Manager, will be responsible in


enabling the business to get closer to the cumtomers which means that she should
be keen in promoting the business to the public.

MR. JR SMITH - Chief Financial Officer, will be the one to look at the financial
aspect of the business.
MS. ELLEN PEREZ - Controller, is the one responsible for the day-to-day
accounting and provides solution to any complex accounting transactions.

MS. ICHOL CLEFF - Front House Manager, will manage the staffs in the front
area closest to the customers and will plan the to-dos for a better service

MS. IRENE STAN - Kitchen Manager/Chef, will be the one to cook and manage
the employees at the kitchen.

MS. , Assistant Manager, will the one to assist the chef as well as to be im charge
with the catering services.
