Pag-IBIG Member previous release, coordinate (thru
telephone or personal visit) with the
Property Appraiser II of the Property
Valuation Division-Appraisal
Department/Housing Loans Division-
Regional Branch for the schedule of Property Appraiser
inspection. II
Note:
The Property Valuation Division-Appraisal
Department/Housing Loans Division-Regional
Branch shall conduct inspection of the
property within 5 working days from
receipt of the request.

STEP 2 ƒ Receive telephone/cellphone call

Pag-IBIG Member regarding Check availability.
Check Release
Controller
STEP 3 ƒ Present 2 valid IDs (refer to page 19) and
Pag-IBIG Member get Check.

Note: For succeeding releases, repeat Steps 1 to 3.
