PROJECT PROPOSAL
Project Title:

“First School-Based Leadership Training 2018”

Objectives:

 For students to socialize with others


 To boost students’ self-esteem
 To Familiarize the different duties and obligations

High School is said to be the greatest part of a student’s life. It is the critical stage
of being a GREAT Leader where they meet new acquaintances and create memories with
them. The stage where they encounter different challenges to strengthen their
capabilities and attributes of being a leader. The stage when the roller coaster ride kind
of life. This is the part where a student develops his/her social skills. It is said to be
happiest because of the memorable events they experience.

In accordance to this, the Supreme Student Government of San Isidro Senior High
School is asking for your permission to allow us to conduct the “First School-Based
Leadership Training 2018” with the theme: “Shaping the 21st Century Leaders” this
coming August 11, 2018 (Saturday) at the Covered Court of AFP/PNP Housing, San Isidro,
Rodriguez, Rizal from 6:00 am-6:00 pm. This event is under the control of Supreme
Student Government and the monitor of the General Parents Teachers Association (GPTA)
and the SISHS Faculty.

1. The participants of the upcoming event are the Class officers of each section,
Club officers of each club, Selected Former SSG Officers and Present SSG Officers.
2. The planned theme for the said Leadership Training is “Shaping the 21st Century
Leaders”
3. Participants’ foods will be included to their Registration Fee (am snacks, lunch,
and pm snacks).
4. The registration fee will be collected by Nikka Resulta (SSG Treasurer) and Benjie
De Guzman (SSG Auditor). After the event, a financial report will be presented by
the SSG Treasurer and Auditor.
5. Participants will be given a Parent’s Consent and must present it to Ms. Rose Lyn
Orbista (SSG P.R.O.) on August 9, 2018.
6. The whole SSG organization together with its constituents (SSG Officers) is tasked
to be the head of the event. SSG officers are assigned for the canvassing and
managing all matters in regards with the said event.
7. The excess amount from the overall expenses of the said event will be used for
the incoming projects of SSG.
8. Each participants will provide a value of ₱ 80.00 as payment which will be used
for the following;

BREAKDOWN OF EXPENSES
Food and beverages for the participants,
teachers, and speakers (am snacks, lunch, P 4,500.00
and pm snacks)

Water P 200.00

Decorations P 500.00

Materials needed for different stations P 400.00

Stipend P 1, 500.00

TOTAL COST P 7, 100.00
