For the weaknesses of DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015 and DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2015, I would propose to reconcile or
meet at a consensus to arrive at a policy that is responsive to need of the education system and a hiring policy that considers
the uniqueness of applicants. What about the department issue a one hiring policy that is a product of these two orders so
as to avoid repetition of the evaluation process, thereby, having more in the list of qualified teacher-applicants in the schools
division registry. On the other hand, the SDO or schools may improve and strengthen the Continuing Professional
Development of the would-be teachers should the need arises.
For CMO No. 30, s. 2004, I would propose that the CHED should issue a clear definition of program specifications,
outcomes and performance indicators for the Bachelor of Elementary Curriculum that maybe receptive to the demands and
advent of the K to 12 Basic Education Program of the Department of Education.
