Notes:
1. Complete ironmongery for doors including hinges, locks, door stoppers, door closer, kick plates etc to be
provided by the others and fixed by our self.
2. Sub-frame will be supplied and fixed by the others.
3. Any kind of civil work & item not mentioned above had not been considered in our scope of work.
4. Wood. Veneer & Stains may have slight variation in color. This should be acceptable as wood is a natural
product.
5. Any variation in design, size, or material will be charged accordingly. And will add to fabrication time.
6. The job to be executed as per the suggestion and direction of contractor and client within the limits of this
agreement.
7. Safe and clear working access to be provided by main contractor prior to start of work at site.
8. Electricity & Water to be provided by Main Contractor at site.
9. No Civil Work (i.e.: Foundation, Excavation, Leveling, etc.) or Electrical Work is not Included.
10. Storage & Protection of the Material/Tools at site will be the responsibility of the Main Contractor / Client.
Al Rahmani Doors and Cabinet shall not be responsible for any liability.
11. Any approvals, inspection & testing from the Consultant and/or Municipality will also be arranged by the
Contractor / Client.

Completion:

Within (000) working days except holidays and after first payment received and 5 days for work documentation,
and according to Obligations and working conditions no 1.
Note: The time limit for the work is the duration of discretionary, so you may increase or decrease according to the
work and its quality.
