Introduction

AC’s Souvenir Shop is a want to start a business located in Brgy. Sta.Ana Calatagan,

Batangas. AC’s Souvenir shop expects to catch the interest of a regular, loyal customer based

with its variety of souvenir. The AC’s Souvenir Shop plans to build a strong market position

in the municipality.

The AC’s Souvenir Shop aims to offer every souvenir in affordable price to meet the

demand of the middle-to-higher income local market area tourist.

AC’s Souvenir Shop is owned and managed by Mr. Aeron Cabarrubia

Mr. Marc John Eguia and Mr. Jeffrey de Vera are both degree holder in the field of

COMMERCE. Mr. Lourence Umandal, Mr. Jhonel Limoico and Mr. Jay-ar Balanida excels

in the field of Sales and Marketing while Mr. Raico Umali and Mr. Diem Umali are both

good at working and finished their studies in Accounting field. .

This product is budget friendly that even tourists can afford it. We can assure that our

souvenir is high quality and unique. We will make sure that our customers will be satisfied

with our product because it’s not just a typical souvenir. This souvenir was made up of

different material and different design.

AC’s Souvenir Shop wants to establish a large regular customer base, and will

therefore concentrate its business and marketing on local residence, which will be the

AC’s Shop is a Souvenir business. This souvenir business aims to provide high quality of

product. The customer relationships, value and integrity are the corner stone of our shop. We

contented to develop our product so we can improve our business. AC’s Shop main focus is

AC’s Souvenir Shop is a partnership type of business. Partnership is a legal form of

businesss operation between two or more individuals who share management and profits. The

federal government recognizes several types of partnership, the partners manage the company

and assume responsibility for the partnership’s debts and other obligations.

Mr. Eguia together with Mr. De Veral are both degree holder in the field of

COMMERCE. They are both assigned in customer service. Mr. Limoico was good in the

field of sales and marketing and he was the CEO of AC”s Souvenir shop company. Mr.

Balabanids was also good in sales and marketing as well as Ms. Botones. Ms. Binala is one of

the manager of GAVY GAM company. Mr. Umali is one of the directors of the company.

Mr. Limoico and Mr. Balbanida are both good at cooking and finished their in Accounting

Field. Now, they are both manager AC’s Souvenr Shop.

Competitive Advantage

Our shop major competitors in the same target market are those who offers different

kinds of souvenir like key chain and shirts. Our major competitors have their own strengths

like their product which has higher quality of product, their brand is more popular than ours,

and they have good location. Their weaknesses are the lack of skills in customer service and

lack of marketing line approach. Our shop gives new and upgraded product.

Target Market: All tourist who want to come in Calatagan are more likely to be pour

potential customers. Tourist are more often to buy the kind of product we offer but are still

open to sell our product to our place.

We got our brand name from our shop itself which is AC’s Souvenir Shop. It’s easy

to pronounce.

Product: Our product is a souvenir like key chain, T-Shirts, Foods. It is not a typical

souvenir that you can buy anywhere because we might be the first one to offer this kind of

souvenir.

Price: The price of our product is very affordable and budget friendly.

Promotion: Our promotion strategy is through media ads and printed advertisements.

Place: Our stall is located at Sta.Ana Calatagan, Batangas. It is nearby Our Lady of

Carmel School in Calatagan. The Distribution Channel that we’re going to use is the direct

marketing channel. We will perform this channel by physical distribution.

People: The people who are involved in our Shop, Marc Eguia, Jerwel Balbanida,

Jeffrey De Vera, Raico Umali, Diem Umali, Jay-ar Balbanida, Jhonel Limoico, The said

people are the one who’s going to manage the AC’s Souvenir Shop.

Our target consumers will be the tourist want to come into Calatagan.

Process: We are going to distribute our product to our customer by establishing a

small stall here in Sta.Ana , Calatagan, Batangas

Physical Evidence: Our product packaging is not that fancy. We just use disposable

paper container. We have our very own made logo which will help the customer to

determine what kind of product we are offering. We can assure that we will present our

product in a very beautiful way.

Our food souvenir shop is located at Brgy. Sta.ana ,Calatagan,Batangas. It is nearby

the school of Pedro Palacio Sr. Memorial Elementary School in Calatagan.

Each member of the company will contribute Php50.00 for the monetary resources of

the business. The total monetary resource of the business is Php450.00.
