Our shop major competitors in the same target market are those who offers different
kinds of souvenir like key chain and shirts. Our major competitors have their own strengths
like their product which has higher quality of product, their brand is more popular than ours,
and they have good location. Their weaknesses are the lack of skills in customer service and
lack of marketing line approach. Our shop gives new and upgraded product.
