Goal: Skilled Teachers

Teachers will frequently utilize the Microsoft Office Suite applications within the Canvas Learning
Management Platform. This goal addresses the weakness identified in the SWOT under Essential
Condition 5.

Evaluation Method: Content department chairs
will monitor the Canvas pages of their content
teachers monthly to ensure that Microsoft Office
Suite applications are being implemented.
Success Indicator: By the end of the year, the
department chairs will be able to report that
through their evaluation tool, 100% of teachers
are utilizing Microsoft Office within Canvas
80% of the time (8 out of 10 months).
