Public Notice

Mop-up round for the Counselling for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in all Government/ Government
Aided/Private Unaided Medical/ Dental Institutes including those under Private Universities - SGT University,
Budhera, Gurugram, PDM University Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar and Al Falah University Faridabad in the State of
Haryana for the Academic Session 2019-20.

It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admission to UG
(MBBS/BDS) courses for the academic session 2019-20 and all other concerned that fresh registration for mop-up round
of counseling for admission to UG courses for the academic session 2019-20 shall be held as per following schedule:-

4 Fresh registration for MBBS/BDS courses for filling up any 11.08.2019 to 14.8.2019
stray vacancy.
5 Forwarding of list of students in order of merit ten times the 15.08.2019
number of vacant seats to the Medical Colleges by the
Counselling Authority for filling up any stray vacancy (for
MBBS Course only)
6 Last date of joining 18.08.2019

a) The candidates, who have already registered themselves for the first/second round shall not be required
to register again.
b) The candidate who have been allotted seats in the second round of counseling but did not join shall be
eligible to participate in the Mop-Up round with the forfeiture of fee (Rs.10,000/-, Rs.5000/- for SC)
Rs.1,00,000/- as the case may be)
c) The Candidates who have joined on the allotted seats in the All India Counseling/State Counseling shall
not be eligible to participate in Mop-Up Round.
d) The candidates shall have to deposit original documents and fee in the shape of demand Draft in favour
of Controller of Finance, Pt.B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak to the Admission
Committee at the time of Mop-up round as notified below failing which their candidature shall not be
considered and seat will be offered to next candidate in merit.

For the convenience of the candidates, the candidates are allowed to submit multiple demand
drafts as per their convenience considering different fee in Government/Government aided/Private
Institutes. The fee in all Institutes has already been notified in the notification dated 21.06.2019.
e) The candidates shall have to bring all original documents and fee in the shape of demand Drafts as
explained above at the time of Mop up Round failing which their candidature shall not be considered
and seat will be offered to next candidate in merit.
