system of Panchakarma treatment consists of induction of Vomiting (vamanam),
clearing stomach by loosening of motion (virechanam), Enema (Vasthi), Nasal clearing
(Nasyam), Leting of blood (Rekha mokshana).

Marma Chikitsa :- When the ancient saints who depicted the Secret of the Creation in the
palm leaves had contributed 4 Vedas, 6 sciences and 64 arts to mankind and there is
everything in the world that come under this wide area of knowledge. They were giving
clear and elaborate explanation of the matters that one must learn, follow and practice
during the different stages in their lives. Marma Chikitsa the ancient unique method of
healing related to kalaripayattu the traditional martial art, which is adopted from or
relied on dhanurveda. This system is age old and sacred. The stories in Indian
mythology says that,it was Lord Siva who found out this. This invaluable heap of
knowledge was originated in South India and is still flourishing in Kerala.

 UZHICHIL (GENERAL BODY MASSAGE)
This is a simple massage with medicated oil, recommended for general
fitness of the body. It tones up the muscles increase blood circulation, relax joints
stimulate the nervous system and is good for sense organs.

RASAYANA UZHICHIL (REJUVENATION THERAPY)

This is three in one item. They are 1.Rejuvination therapy 2.General body
massage and 3.Medicated steam bath.
This aims at preventing the destructive effects of ageing on the human
body together with promoting the quality and quantity of one’s life span. General body
massage to revive tired and jaded muscles, general vitality and for a cool mind.
Medicated steam bath eliminating toxins from the body by inducing profuse
preparation. A specially designed cabinet is used for steam bath.

SIRODHARA
A specialty of Kerala Ayurveda Treatments in which herbal oil is poured in a
rhythmic manner on the forehead of the person lying on the back. It relaxes the entire

SARWANGA DHARA (PIZHICHIL)

This is a process traditionally followed once a year to keep the body fit and healthy and
prevent ageing of cells and tissues.
Warm herbal oil is poured all over the body by two or more trained masseurs in a specific

The leaves of certain herbs are made in to a bolus from in a cotton cloth and are

SHASHTIKA PINDA SWEDAM (NJAVARA KIZHI)

An effective treatment for nerve weakness, emaciated limbs and joint pain. The
body is gently massaged with linen bags filled with njavara rice paste that has been

A highly effective treatment for facial paralysis, hemiplegia, dryness of
nostrils, mouth and throat, severe headache and sinusitis. Luke warm herbal oil is
poured into a cap fitted on the head of the person for about 10 to 60 minutes for a period
of 3 to 7 days.

Specially for sciatica, osteoarthritis of hip and lower back. A small
