NAME OF THE DISH : SATE LOSO

No Ingredients Quantity
I. Beef 1 kg
Tempe 350 gr
Coriander 2 table spoon
Garlic 5 clove
Red onion 10 clove
Candlenut 6 pcs

II. Bay leaf 5 sheets


Galangal 5 cm
Salt 1 table sppon
Paper 1 tsp
Palm sugar 3 pcs
Stock powder 1 tsp
Coconut water 250 ml +/-
Sweet soy sauce 2 table spoon

Method:

 Pure coriander,garlic,red onion,and candlenut. Until smell good.


 Add bay leaf, galangal, palm sugar. Stir until changes the color.
 After that, add coconut water and seasoning.
 Simmering +/- 30 minutes.
Peanut sauce
No Ingredients Quantity
I. Peanut 500 gr
Garlic 7 pcs
Palm sugar 3 pcs
Chili 5 pcs
Sweet soy sauce 5 table spoon
Coconut milk 250 ml +/-
Water 100 ml +/-

Method:

 Frying peanut and then puree peanut


 Puree garlic and chili, saute until smell good.
 Add lime sheets, coconut milk, palm sugar,water and salt
 Stir until well.

Condiment :

 Lontong
 Pickle
 Lime
 Fried onion
