STATE OF FORCE

CHAPTER I
PRELIMINARY

1.1 Background
Each student vocational school graduates are required to have a skill and ready to
work, because the vocational school graduates are usually not recognized by the business
/ industry. Therefore, it held a Dual System Education program (PSG) is to implement the
Job Training Industry (PRAKERIN) so that every student has an experience of vocational
graduates in the business world before entering the real business world after school.
In accordance with the results of the observation and study of the Directorate of
Education and Vocational holding pattern in SMK not explicitly can produce graduates as
expected. It can be seen from the learning conditions are not conducive to produce
professional labor, because one's professional expertise is not solely measured by the
mastery of knowledge and technical elements to work, but must be equipped with the
control issue (arts) works good. There are two parties, ie educational institutions and
employment (industry / companies or specific agencies) are jointly organizing a
vocational skills program. Therefore, the two sides should be involved and responsible
from the planning phase of the program, the implementation phase,

1.2 Interest Industry Employment Practices (PRAKERIN)


Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN) is a system of learning is done outside the
teaching and learning process and implemented at the company / industry or the relevant
agencies. The general implementation of Industrial Work Practices program is intended to
increase students' knowledge and skills in the field of technology, the adjustment to the
actual situation, gather information and write reports that are directly related to specific
objectives. After students carry Industrial Work Practices program specifically students
are expected to gain experience that includes an overview of the company, and practical
activities that are directly related to the technology. And prepares students / students to
learn to work independently,
a. Produce a quality workforce, the workforce that has the knowledge, skills, work
ethic in accordance with the demands of employment.
b. Strengthening the link and match between vocational schools and the world of work.
c. Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational process and training of
qualified labor.
d. Give recognition and appreciation of the work experience as part of the educational
process.

1.3 Target Principal Work Practices Industry (PRAKERIN)


Seeing the reality of the above, Dikmenjur define operational strategies based upon
the policy of "Link and Match" (suitability and proportionality) of the Ministry of
Education and Culture in the implementation model of Dual System of Education.
Implementation in accordance with the provisions contained in Law No. 2 of 1989 on
National Education System, Government Regulation No. 20 of 1990 on Secondary
Education, Government Regulation No. 39 of 1992 on the role of the Society in
Education, Kepmendikbud No. 080 / U / 1992 on Vocational High school and
Kepmendikbud No. 080 / U / 1993 on vocational curriculum.

1.4 Reporting Objectives Industrial Employment Practices (PRAKERIN)


The objective of this report is that the students can exercise independent spirit, brave,
responsibility and discipline. It also can assess the field of applied sciences in school. The
contents of the report should be prepared the students is the result of activities during
PRAKERIN. The objective of the report include:
1. To determine students' progress during the Industrial Work Practices.
2. As for accountability for the tasks assigned school to the students in connection with
the implementation of the PRAKERIN.
3. Increase the vocabulary of school libraries and as a student of knowledge for the
next generation.
4. As an exercise for the student to make an activity report.
5. As evidence that the student has been practicing undertaken in Dudi (World
Industry).
6. As a condition to follow the National Exam. To determine students' progress during
the practice in the business / industry.
CHAPTER II
LEARNING / TRAINING INSTITUTIONS
PAIRS (WORLD OF WORK)

2.1 understanding
Learning in the workplace is a strategy in which every participant to experience
learning through working directly on the real work.

2.2 Purpose
Through this learning approach the participants expected:
• Din can adjust to the real working world environment.
• Having a standardized competency level in accordance with the requirements of the
working world.
• Making sound quality employment, entrepreneurship, and productive.

2.3 Implementation
Learning in the workplace is an integral part of the overall training program, because
it is a mater of studied and trained competencies to be clear relation to the defined
competence profile graduates. Given the working climate in SMK different from what
happened in the world of work then, the school prepares the participants according to the
characteristics and demands of the work place deniva practice. Before the participants
were deployed to learn the world of work, the couple held a joint school institutions
equip participants include:
• An understanding of the training program that will be followed.
• General understanding of labor laws and tats orderly (disciplined) workers their place
will work.

2.4 Orientation Working Place


Participants were placed in jobs in accordance with the agreed program. As far as the
mission of the program where the participants can be treated as a withdrawal of workers
in general.
Participants may be given other work so far does not interfere with the specified
program. Everything concerning the rules and regulations, discipline workers at partner
institutions world of work to do to participants as far as the mission of the program. The
training activities at partner institutions programmed in accordance with the agreed
common program. Trainee is a class two semesters three and four for six months.
CHAPTER III
CODE OF CONDUCT

3.1 rights of Participants


1. Following the training program.
2. Getting treatment in accordance with field / program expertise and the opportunity to
practice their religion in accordance with their religion.
3. Obtain the credit for practice assessment.

3.2 Participant obligations


1. Comply with applicable regulations set out by the agency or partner (training place).
2. Consider and implement rules of safety of the work needed to carry out a job.
3. Respect the instructor.
4. Training at work 30 minutes before the training begins.
5. Applicable polite and courteous as well as working honest, responsible and creative
initiative of the tasks assigned in the job training.
6. Dressed in accordance with the provisions.
7. Notifying unit leader / supervisor when unable to attend.
8. Immediately discuss with the counselor, the group's chairman instrtuktur if
encountered difficulties in conducting the training.
9. Report immediately to the competent official event of damage or wrong to take
materials / tools.
10. Participate maintain the facilities, training infrastructure, cleanliness, order and
security on the training ground.

3.3 Participants sanctions


Participants who do not follow or leave prakerin activities without a certificate will be
penalized as follows:
a. Reprimand letter.
b. Stern warning letter.
c. Did not pass prakerin and repeat.

1. Head of Department
Head of Department of Environment has the main duty to assist in conducting
government affairs in the environment based on the principle of autonomy and duty of
assistance.

A. History The establishment of the Environment Agency Muara Enim


Office of the Environment Agency (now renamed the Environment Agency) was
established in 1996 is the inside • sekretriat Muara Enim regency government. In 2000
Tabun office name is changed to the Environmental Impact Control or often
abbreviated call BAPELDALDA. Then in 2008, then the name was changed to the
office of the Environment Agency, and in 2012 the office was moved in JI. Major Tjik
Agus Pack Cross Kepur Islamic Center Muara Enim that were in Cut Nyak Dien
Village Single Muara Enim.
