Our business is about teaching math to kids, the purpose is to provide a little
knowledge and in the event, we prepare a video tutorial and upload it on YouTube.
Our target customer is we prefer to choose kindergarten and grade 1 student whose
age at 5-6 years old. You can call our company and we will provide good childcare
services. According to today's generation the children are smarter and better able to
advance lessons, so we have chosen this business to guide young children in their
early age to learn basic math, and they can apply it in real life.

To be the institution that identifies, respects and responds to individual

learning needs by providing learners with more challenges and opportunities to value
perseverance, dedication, accountability, self-discipline and integrity in academic
achievements and professional development.

Mission:

A+ Tutorials aims to optimize academic potential and encourage success and

retention of students in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Encourage the growth of
critical thinking and benefits the learners as well as peer educators and offer
academic support focused on students across disciplines.

II. Problem Statement

The problem of learning of the younger generation nowadays, there is no concrete

establishment of learning given to the kids that is why more students are advancing to higher
levels of education even though their knowledge is not equal to their level of education. The
impact of which is that the students are advancing their levels in terms of education but still
lacking knowledge that should be taken before they step up. A successful solution would be
creating a tutoring service to kids especially on the basic education to give them a concrete
establishment of knowledge in particular subjects.
III. Product or Service Description

Kids nowadays are going with the trend too. They're not left behind so technology is
an essential to them too. Therefore with the use of gadgets it might be an attraction to kids.
So we chose to innovate the usual way of tutorial not just by interactive learning, not just by
tutorial videos, but an interactive tutorial with the use of video. According to LSN Education
Organization kids tend to be more attractive to colors. Color associates with mood, focus,
memorization, and many more enhancements to the brain. So our tutorial service chooses to
add a sprinkle of colors by using videos. This way, kids will be more attracted and engaged
in learning with the use of colors thus it makes a great impact to kids who gets to approach
things in a different way. The business will assign STEM students as their tutors. The
tutor then, with lesser age gap and a better grasp with the trend, will most likely to
understand and connect better with the target customer (which is kids between 5-7
years old).As high school students with high needs of financial support, the profit will greatly
help the tutors. This will bring positive changes for the community especially to the youth.
We prefer to choose kindergarten & grade 1 student (ages 5-6) as our target costumer for
these reasons. Children with a younger age learn easier than older ones because of their
undeveloped prefrontal cortex, giving them the ability to be flexible and inventive. A younger
person is better learner than others. According to the study conducted by the University of
Missouri, students entering grade 1 with below average of understanding of mathematics
will most likely to be left behind with the effects lasting up to their 7th grade. So starting at
the very foundation, kindergarten and grade one students is a good option. Not only it will
greatly help them to be encouraged in learning math, but will also positively affect their early
school life.
