 1. Brief Description of the Works

The Scope of Work under this Tender No. LTC 1118 1093/2016 is to provide External Auditor
Services (Third Party Auditor/Certification Body) to conduct the certification and surveillance
audits for Kahramaa’s Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO
27001 latest version.

2. Contract Particulars:

3. Tendering:

The Invitation for Tenders was advertised in the newspapers on 05/12/2016 &
08/12/2016. The Tender Closing Date was 08/01/2017.

The following Bidders/Tenderers submitted their Bids/Proposals:

 5. Technical Evaluation of the Bids:

Each of the bids was evaluated based on the following evaluation criteria:

a. Post Bid qualification as Appendix “E” – Consultants Resources.

b. Submittal of the tender in compliance with Kahramaa terms and conditions
without any modification.
c. Technical analysis of the tender to determine if the tender meets or exceed
the requirements set forth in the Scope of Services.
d. Best value for money for Kahramaa.

The financial qualification of the Tenderers was evaluated separately by Finance Department.

The Health, Safety and Environment qualification of the Tenderers was evaluated separately
by HSE Department.

6. Conclusion and Recommendation

Based on the criteria stated above and after conducting technical clarifications with the
Tenderers, the Technical Evaluation Team recommends as follows:

A. Technically Accepted Bids. The Technical Bids of the following Tenderers are deemed
technically acceptable:
