BUSINESS DESCRIPTION/CONCEPT

COMPANY PROFILE

Ms. Ckimberly Crehencia and Ms. Jessica Rimando are the President and

Owner of Bouno Cibo Company Incorporated. They are a proud graduate of Bachelor

of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of the East. From

being a close friend since college they’ve come up to start a small Italian Restaurant

named Ambrosia.They started formally their business at around 2011. With thier

enthusiasm and passion in the food service industry they come up with a big decision of

upgrading thier business from a small Italian Restaurant into a big fine dining restaurant

gladly called Bouno Cibo. It all started when Ms. Crehencia and Ms. Rimando with

their college friends suggested to venture and turn the italian restaurant into a fine

dining restaurant. From request they started cooking and handling only their family,

friends and relatives to visit their restaurant until they boom into the industry. They also

studied Events management and Business management courses. Knowing the dilemma

of handling their family gatherings it also became their training grounds before entering

the real industry with many competitor companies ahead of them.

To be the best fine dining Restaurant in providing outstanding service,

cleanliness and sumptious meal and give our customer a satisfaction in exceeding their

expectations.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide innovative, affordable and sumptuous meal that

meets the expectations of our target market we are striving to achieve the following:.

1. Give our clients the best product they expect.

2. Provide them privacy while enjoying the fine dining experience

they ever dream of.

3. To follow the rules in giving our customers a fair treatment,

cleanliness and best service staff while experiencing the

pleasure of a quality food at a reasonable price.

OBJECTIVES

 To create a management team who will work as a group and focus

to achieve our company goals.

 To gain an increasing customer returns which is satisfied in the

service we are providing and exceed their expectation in our

business.
 To provide our staff enough trainings and seminar that will enhance

their knowledge and skills in providing our customer good service

and give them more than what they expect.

 To assure customer returns and good feedbacks among them.

 To put our business under probation and watch our every step in

order to avoid mistakes and money losses.

 To have an increasing sales within the first month after our

launching.

 To gain an increasing amount of customers that are satisfied in the

service that we give.

 To give enough job to unemployed people around our area.

 To expand our business and open our new branch in the upcoming

“Bouno Cibo”

Bouno Cibo is a newly established restaurant located at Eastwood City, Libis

which is capable enough to compete with an endless choice of various themed

restaurants on the place. The restaurant offers fine dining service having employees

who are well trained in giving the guests expectations on quality service.

It is a 70 seat fine-dining restaurant with a 30 seat cocktail area, a small coffee

shop is also available inside the restaurant for the coffee drinkers and who got a little bit

tipsy with the wines. We focus on our Italian menu and is located at Eastwood, Quezon

City.

A place where you always know you will get the best of everything. Bouno Cibo

will feature a cozy dining room and a variety of wines, Italian cheese and ham which will

complement each other. It also serves bread and dips as complimentary as well as the

soup for the day. Bouno Cibo offers Italian inspired pasta dish and risotto for the main

meal of the guests. Comfortable furnishings and decor with soothing warm tones. It will

be the perfect place to stop in for a bite to eat, for a drink or for a small business

meeting. For extra comfort and to please a large group of people we will make up

special hors d' oeuvre platters for customers.

Bouno Cibo not only caters to Birthdays and meetings but also the restaurant has

a personal interaction with the celebrant or the organizer of birthdays and meetings to

work on their personalized menu package.


Bouno Cibo is very much appreciative when it comes to their employees because

they believe that the success of the restaurant will always depend on how their

employees will participate. The restaurant makes its staff feel part of the success of

Buono Cibo. Happy employee makes happy customer.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week. We will offer special theme nights to

attract new customers to Bouno Cibo. The restaurant will be fine dining in a cozy

atmosphere. There will be warm colors, fresh flowers, soft music and candles.
