fulfill our guest’s expectations. To provide unique sets

kinds of Italian-Filipino meals to grow an overwhelming

Mish and Stick’s vision is to be the destination for
the world to enjoy family-style dining with fresh
Italian and Filipino cuisines at our local restaurants,
now and for ages to come. We see Mish and Stick
being a place that brings people satisfaction and joy
through our delectable dishes and high-class dining
experience.
COMPANY STORY
The idea of the Italian-Filipino fusion cuisine restaurant began from our love for Italian cuisine.
However, we did not just want to focus on the beauty of Italian cuisine but realized that it is
possible to bring out its potential by fusing it with our national cuisine.

Mish and Stick is both a restaurant and catering service located in Lipa, Batangas. It is a
partnership type of business whose initial goal is to become a restaurant that will make food
lovers realize that a restaurant's dishes do not have to be expensive to be innovative and
delicious.

As we conceived the idea of our restaurant, we wanted every customer to taste something that
was not only delicious but also new and creative. We wanted to tickle people's taste buds and
leave them wanting more by giving them a variety of the best Italian-Filipino cuisine.

OPERATING HOURS
Mish and Stick opens from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., every Tuesday to
Sunday.

Social media is provided through the Facebook page and official Instagram
account of the business, which will be active during operation hours to
entertain customers’ inquiries.

Customers may also contact us through the contact numbers and email
addresses listed in our social media accounts.
ORDER PROCESSING SYSTEM
For dine-ins:
Step 1: The customer will fall in line at the “order
here” station.
Step 2: The staff will ask the customer what his
orders are and will list and at the same time, the
customer will pay.
Step 3: The staff will repeat the order to the
customer for confirmation.
Step 4: The staff will prepare the product.
Step 5: The staff will serve the product to the
customers.
ORDER PROCESSING SYSTEM
For online orders:
Step 1: The customer will inquire through the social
media account or telephone number of Mish and
Stick.
Step 2: The staff will confirm the customer’s order.
Step 3: The staff will prepare the order.
Step 4: The customer will be advised that his order
will be delivered as soon as possible to ensure the
food will be delivered at its best quality.
Step 5: For pick-up orders, the delivery guy will
initiate a meet-up and will deliver the product to the
customer at the agreed place.
INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT
Opening and closing inventory are essential things
to consider in determining profit or loss. Inventory
management is about sourcing, storing, and selling
inventory, which includes both raw materials or the
components and the finished products.

The inventory manager/s will be responsible for the


incoming and outgoing supplies of products within
the business, in our case, the ingredients for the
dishes that will be made before production begins.
