Agenda:
1. Solicitation
 Total amount gathered and total expenses was presented by Mr. John Paul
Brigoli MAPEH Coordinator.
2. School Achievements
 Students who won district, municipal and area level in different learning
areas for the month of August – November 2019 were recognized in the
presentation of Ms. Marilyn Gutang.
3. Raffle Ticket
 Parents were reminded of the deadline of the returning of the raffle tickets
and its sales on December 2, 2019 to the PTA Treasurer Mrs. Mamerly
Federico.
 The raffle draw will be on the Parents-Teachers Christmas party.
4. Parents – Teachers Christmas Party
 It was agreed that the Parents – Teachers Christmas party will be on
December 13, 2019.
 Foods: Bring to Share
 Venue: Malolos National High School Ground
 Prizes for the Games: Sponsored by the teachers
5. Exchange Gifts:
 It was agreed that the amount for the gifts is only Php 50.00.
6. Other Matters:
 School Report Card was presented to the parents and received by the
stakeholders.
 Parents were reminded of the overdue payment of the agreed school new ID
which was agreed on the first PTA meeting.
