This commitment is embodied in Our Shared Purpose and Core Values. Through teamwork,
innovation and by listening to our customers, we can accomplish great things and make a
positive difference around the world.
Our updated Code of Conduct sets forth the standards by which we conduct our operations.
It covers a range of topics, from the use of corporate resources, to gifts and conflicts of
interest, to data privacy. It addresses cybersecurity and conveys our view of a diverse
workplace that is free of harassment and welcoming to all associates. It applies to all
associates and sets a clear expectation that our standards must be followed in all job-related
activities, regardless of business pressures.
Danaher leaders have additional responsibilities: to lead by example, and to help others
understand and meet their ethics and compliance responsibilities.
Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication to Our Shared Purpose–Helping
Realize Life’s Potential.
