Stdents ‘cannot benefit fom our special offers without these documents, which must be provided before payment is made. 2) Payment must be made in advance, before the start ofthe course. For payments by installment (authorised by Koiné ‘management, students must pay the couse fein fll no later than two days after the start of the course. '3) Students wishing to continue studying at the next level (on the course running the following month) must make the relative ‘payment bythe Wednesday of the last week ofthe ongoing course. Should they fal toda s, they will not be guaraiced a place on the course/level oftheir choice. 4) Students must arrive atthe School on time and sign in at reception. then proceed to class. '5) Students may arrive atthe school up to fifteen minutes lat. If students ave more than fifteen minutes lat, they shall not be allowed to enter the classroom and disrupt the lesson. They can enter the classroom after the coffe break. Teachers of ‘one-to-one lessons will wait no longer than fifteen minutes for students, and lateness will not be recovered. After fifteen ‘minutes, dhe teacher shall leave the class and the lesson will be canceled without recovery. The latest entrance time for evening courses is 19:30 Latecomers wil ot be admit. 6) Students following group courses may recover two missed or cancelled lessons. The lessons willbe recovered in the group ‘course that runs inthe following month Students are required to inform the Schoo! at last 24 hours befor the tart ofthe lesson. This is a mandatory condition for rescheduling lessons. Should students filo inform the school or inform it any later than this, they will not be permitied to reschedule the lesson. 7) Cancellation of one-to-one, home student, corporate or online courses must be communicated tothe School atleast 24 hours before the stat ofthe lesson, otherwise lestons will be considered a staught and may not be rescheduled. Students ‘must inform the office: communication between teachers and students will not be accepted. For weekend cancellations, students are required to make the cancellation by 17.00 Friday for lessons scheduled on the following Monday. Late cancellations communicated over the weekend will nt be accepted (the Schoo! is closed on Saturdays and Sundays). '8) Group courses cannot be postponed, but itis possible to postpone one-to-one lessons. In such cases, students must ‘complete their leaning program within tree months of the start date. 9) Refund policy: should cancellations be made before 30 days prior to the start of the course, students will recsive a 50% refund.
