Terms and Conditions

Carefully read all these points then do signature, if you have any doubt contact chairperson of Society.

Applicant agrees to perform under the label "Virasat Cultural Society" International Dance troupe.

Applicant agrees to provide all details concerning to logo and pictures for all the advertisement purpose
to www.vcsbhangra.com

In the event if applicant cancels the booking he/she shall be responsible for the damage in incurred.

Applicant is responsible for any damage caused to its property during the event.

All money including visa fee or filling the forms is not refundable which is related to performer or who
has signed this agreement.

20% money to be paid in advance and this payment is not refundable, remaining fee must be paid after
visa got stamped. (If any case candidate’s payment received late he/she will be responsible for any
increase in Air Ticket)

Passports will be in custody of chairperson of society after payment of advance money.

Passports/Tickets will be provided to you only on Immigration counters.

Only accommodation (19th March -23rd March 2020), Food (3 meals per day) and Traveling to Festival
Location is done by Society.

Applicants who wants to do leisure activities can do on their own expense.

No money will be provided to perform in this event, artists will get International Participation Certificate
from International Organization.
