Workout  Schedule  Example  –  16  weeks  


 
As  I  already  mentioned  in  my  explaining  video,  the  use  of  this  program  varies  a  lot  from  person  to  person.  If  you  start  at  level  1  and  you  
complete  all  the  levels  to  level  30  without  failing  a  single  level,  it  would  take  8-­‐9  weeks  because  you’re  working  out  every  second  day.    
For  most  it’s  not  going  to  look  like  that.  With  this  example  you  can  see  how  16  weeks  of  working  out  with  this  program  CAN  look!
