REGULATIONS

 Submitting more than one attempt for an artefact is allowed. However, the admission fee
is as determined.

 Individual or group participants (Maximum 5 participants in each group).

 InSIDE2020 Organising Committee reserves the rights of receiving or rejecting any

incomplete entry.

 No changes allowed in terms of name(s) and number(s) of participant once submission

is done.

 Results of preliminary InSIDE evaluation will be announced on the 1st April 2020.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The evaluation of InSIDE2020 poster focuses on impact and innovation of the project. Below
criteria are taken into account for specifics:

RULES OF FINAL ROUND COMPETITION

1. Only Platinum winners will participate during final evaluation
2. All Platinum winners have to register online via INSIDE2020 website.
3. Seat of the exhibition will be provided once registered online.
4. Participants are required to showcase their own bunting.
5. 1 table (2’ x 3’) and 2 chairs will be provided for each group
6. Participants will only be given 5 minutes for presentation of their innovation in Malay or
English language. Another 5 minutes will be given for the Question and Answer session
with the juries. The juries have the rights to intervene/raise questions during the
innovation presentation session. 2 presenters of each group are allowed to stay at their
place during the jury session. However, only ONE presenter is allowed to present their
project
7. The jury panel’s decisions are deemed as final decision. For the sake of ensuring the
smooth and swift of the competition, the organising committee reserves the rights to
amend/add on/reject any rules and regulation.
8. Each group of participants have to adhere to the code of dressing ethnic of their
company/institution, which looks well-groomed, neat and tidy.
9. Food and drinks are not provided. However, Café of Faculty of Education is located near
to the competition location.
10. Final evaluation results will be announced during International Summit on Innovation
and Design Exposition (InSIDE2020) closing ceremony at 14th April 2020 (Tuesday). All
participants are required to stay at the location during that time.
