REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Each competition has a fixed number of maximum team members. Check the respective

competition rules before completing the form (online/manual).

2. Teams will be registered on first-come-first-serve basis.

3. Registration can be done using the attached Registration Form.

4. AWKUM Innovation Summit 2022 organizing committee reserves the right to change

the rules. The website should be constantly visited to adhere to the changes if any.

1. Science Fair Exhibition 2022

Think your project is the best? Why not put it up against the rest of

Students from higher secondary schools/colleges and universities in KP are

1. Each team can have a maximum of 3 members.

Participation
Rules 3. Participants should bring their own computer/laptop if required. The
University will only be responsible for providing internet, power and related
requirements for effective display of the project (Stall).
4. All the team members should be present at all times during exhibition
especially during opening and closing ceremony.

2. The participants must register themselves physically before the starting
ceremony. Special exhibitor cards will be issued to the participating members.

Model: 1st Prize (Rs.10000), 2nd (Rs.8000), 3rd (Rs.5000) plus Shield
Project/Prototype: 1st (Rs. 20,000), 2nd (Rs. 15,000), 3rd (Rs. 10,000) plus Shield

2. Ad Making

The Ad-Making Competition will provide participants with a unique

making attractive appeals.

The teams have to make an ad on product/service/industry/idea

etc. that AWKUM Innovation Summit 2022 team specifies.
The product/service/industry/idea etc. will be announced on the
least a week before the event.
Maximum time for an ad is 1 MINUTE.
Any ad Longer than 1 Minute will lead to marks deduction.
Rules Ads will be assessed on the basis of:
Creativity (how novel an idea is?
Originality (The idea should not have been used before. It
includes video clips, jingles, themes etc. used in ads already
shown).
Communication (How convincingly the ad has been
communicated the main theme given)
Cultural Acceptability (The ad should not depict any images
that are against the cultural norms and values).
Technical as pects such as quality of video, editing ,
special effects etc. will not be evaluated.
6. The ad should be submitted before the given deadline.

business to flourish in Pakistan. Productive and healthy competition in any field
provides impetus for growth.

However, all team members are encouraged to take part in the Question
Contest – Answer session.
& 2. Time limit for presentation is 10 minutes and 05 minutes for question

number of participants).
3. The schedule regarding the timings of Business Plan Competition will
be uploaded on the website.
4. Participants must bring their own USB’s and soft copy of business idea
in it.
5. The group will present their plan before a select audience. A panel of
experts will judge each plan in terms of clarity, coherence and
creativity.
