Warranty Terms: "Shenzhen Huaptec Co.,Ltd, extends Warranty for a period of One Year. During the period it does all Repair service as well as Replacement of faulty of defective components on free of cost. All expenses incurred while sending the
faulty repeater back and forth will be to the customer account. Shenzhen Huaptec will issue the defective analysis report within one week afteracknowledging receipt for the faulty unit, after confirmation about the repairing details and time, the
repairs delivery time will be advised. In case the returned unit for rectification is found to be failed due to Physical damage / High Voltage
/Water seepage (Indoor Models) the warranty voids and rectification will be subject to feasibility & Shenzhen Huaptec submits repair proposal and initiates for repair on receipt of repairing cost. Such circumstance all cost will be to the customer
account. In order to avoid double taxation at both ends during this process, it is advised to appoint Logistics agency viz DHL / TNT which is acceptable for both parties. For those faulty units beyond warranty period, customer pay all the cost".

Warranty Terms for Specific Products: Shenzhen Huaptec Co.,Ltd, does not extend any type of warrenty to the description of refurbished (or) used equipments / products / spares etc, moreover the warranty does not apply to any failure of the
Equipment and (or) result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, environmental factors, improper installation or configuration, flood, fire or other natural disasters, physical damage, electrical issues such as
lightning, power surges or incorrect electrical voltages, or improper modifications.

Supply Terms and Conditions: As the above mentioned refurbished products , spares etc, are subject to the market conditions and availability, hence the price and the lead time to supply the product may vary from time to time, subject to market
conditions and stock availability of such refurbished products.

The Warranty of the product(s) shall be rendered null and void if:
1. The Product is physically damaged.
2. The Product is modified, repaired, maintained and /or disassembled by a party not authorized by Huaptec i.e damage arising out of unauthorized modification, repair, and alteration.
3. The Product is installed, operated and/or maintained in ways other than recommended by Huaptec in the user manual.
4. Improper site preparation or maintenance.
5. Warranty does not cover damage caused due to act of God & force majeure events including but not limited to fire or water damage, electrical disturbances etc.
