consideration of the sum of three hundred thousand PESOS (P300,000),
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have TRANSFERRED AND
CONVEYED by way of absolute sale unto Catriona Gray, of legal age,
single, Filipino, and with residence and portal address at 23 Saycon Street,
Bunao, Dumaguete, of a certain motor vehicle described as:
