Tenderer shall submit a write-up to demonstrate their understanding of the Employer’s

requirements and constraints and to propose how these would be addressed. It shall include the

3. Method of Construction

Tenderer to illustrate in their write up with assistance of sketch and plans on the
following matters
- Provide method statement for replacement of roof
- Provide method statement for upgrading of toilet.
- Provide method statement for façade treatment works.
- Provide method statement of demolition of ground slab.
- Provide method statement of repairs to spalling concrete.
- Provide method of statement for bus bar replacement.
- Provide method of statement for replacement of yellow ceiling and sequence.
- Method statement of M&E services and submit major equipment’s technical data

4. Programme of Work and Projected Manpower and Resources

To submit all work programs and projected manpower and resources in detail for all
trades to demonstrate phasing/interfacing/delivery time and methodology of carrying
out the works

5. Dust and Noise Control

Tenderers to describe methods to address the following issues

- Minimizing of work noise to upper and lower floors.
- Minimizing of dust to upper and lower floors, or beyond site boundaries.
- Minimizing disturbance to other floors.

6. Traffic Control System

Tenderers to submit proposal for traffic control during construction

7. Public Relations Plan

Tenderers to submit proposal for public relations plan during construction

8. Site Safety Management Program

To submit:
- Site safety management proposal/program
- Method of reporting for any M&E services on tripping incident or accident
occurring during works;
- Activity Based - Risk Assessment Form of site activities and preventive measures
to be taken for identified risks.
- Role of Safety Officer.
- Site security proposal.
