into your mind when you hear the word success or achievement.

Farida, Johndel, Ella: Exactly!

Raymond: Achievement is a thing done successfully with effort, skill, or courage. It

serves as award for completing a particular objective.

Farida: That was a very concise answer Sir Raymond.

Raymond: True Ma’am Farida. Let us hear it out from Ma’am Ella.

Ella: What can I say? You have said it all. The only thing that I can say about
achievement is THEM. Those student as well as their parents are the best example of
success.

Nixon, Farida, Raymond: We totally agree ma’am Ella.

Nixon: To formally welcome us all to this program may I call on Genevieve E. Manalo,

Farida: Thank you so much for that warmth welcome Genevieve. So, Sir Raymond what
do we have there?

Raymond: Ma’am Farida, I’m here together with the parents, and I’m going to ask at
least 2 parents to share their feelings about today’s recognition.

-Thank you so much for sharing to us your feelings how happy you are for your
sons/daughters achievement. Ma’am Ella, what do we have there?

Ella: Mr. Raymond: I’m here together with the pupils and ask at least 2 pupils to share
how excited and happy they are to receive their awards today.

-Thank you so much pupils and God bless! Back to you Mr. Nixon.

Farida: Our parents really have unexplainable feelings when their children receive
awards and pin their ribbons on the stage. They are really proud of us. Do you
agree with me our dear parents?

-Sir Raymond, what do we have there?

Raymond: “Success isn’t about how much money you make; it’s about the difference
you can make in people’s lives.” So I think everything is set so this time we shall have
