About CSE Mohali

The Council was registered as a Society under Societies Registration Act XXI
of 1860 with Register of Societies firms (Pb) Chandigarh on dated 2/5/2008.

The objects of the council is educational, Promote the Technical Vocational


Educational, Promotion of Science Arts, Literature & conducting Secondary &
Senior Secondary examinations through the medium of English, Hindi & any
other State Language. The Council Exists solely for educational Purpose, Purely
Non- Government, Non-Beneficial, Self-Financial organization.

The Council has ventured to conduct the on-demand system of Examination for
the drop out and failed candidates in MARCH, JUNE, SEPT and DEC months
of every year . With the help of this process of examination the student will get
more opportunities to join the different Higher Education Courses. This process
was introduced first time in India by COUNCIL OF SECONDARY
EDUCATION MOHALI.

Jamia Urdu Hind is an un-aided State’s Madarsa-Tul-Oloom designed and established for research
in Urdu language and literature of national importance since British imperialism to educates those
who are not educated through mainstream schooling and is established in such a locality of Raigarh,
Solapur, Murshidabad, Mehzurnagar, Azimabad, Viratnagaretc which has the highest number of
rickshaw-puller and public below poverty line (BPL) in the country where the condition of the
people is worse than SC/ST because average life-span is ~52 years and infant mortality is highest in
the world.

JUH was started in 1936 and established in 1941 as a pioneer educational centre to impart
education in Urdu medium to the deprived classes of India. It successfully conduct its examinations
of Adeeb (High School), Mahir (Intermediate), Kamil (Graduation), Fazil (PG), Moallim (Teacher’s
Training) and Takhassus (D.Litt) on oriental pattern every year with nearly 113 Centres spread over
the country. Their courses have been already recognized by the Central Government, several State
Governments, Commissions, Boards and Universities of India having several favourableSupreme
Court and High Court Judgments.

The Rural Institute of open Schooling was registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act
XXI of 1860 Govt. of NCT of Delhi. To provide professional services to the government and other
agencies in the field of education, in general, and school education, in particular, for the development and
growth of distance and open school system and develop appropriate curriculum for vocational and
continuing education to prepare student population for the world of work.

RIOS will follow the norms for conducting examinations as also follow National Curriculum Framework,
2005, as amended from time to time

To provide secondary and senior secondary education those belonging to disadvantaged groups (e.g. the
Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally disadvantaged classes and other
socially, culturally, economically, geographically sections of the society, or such other factors as may be
specified/ notified by the appropriate Government) and people belonging to weaker sections who are not
able to get secondary and senior secondary education in the normal course of life.

To provide professional services to the government and other agencies in the field of education, in
general, and school education, in particular, for the development and growth of distance and open school
system and develop appropriate curriculum for vocational and continuing education to prepare student
population for the world of work.

RIOS has been affiliated to Chhattisgarh State Open School which is run by Chhattisgarh state
government.

Tamilnadu council for Open Schooling has been registered under Government of Tamilnadu to provide
education to people from all streams. It will strive towards providing Open Schooling and Distance
Education with stress on Quality Education. It will prepare appropriate course curriculum for the
development of Open Schooling and Distance Education.

Tamilnadu Council for Open Schooling will follow proper norms for conducting examination and will
follow National Curriculum Framework, 2005, as amended from time to time.

Tamilnadu Council for Open Schooling will provide Secondary and Senior Education those belonging to
disadvantaged groups who could not complete regular schooling due to various circumstances and to
people belonging to economically weaker sections who are not able to get secondary and senior
secondary education in the normal course of life.

Tamilnadu council for Open Schooling will provide professional services in the field of education, in
general, and school education, in particular, for the development and growth of distance and open school
system and develop appropriate curriculum for vocational and continuing education to prepare student
community for work.

acceptable for the purpose of employment under Central Government. Jamia Urdu, Aligarh has been
approved by National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions(NCMEI) which is a body under
the control of Department of Secondary and Higher Education, MHRD, Government of India.
