I. Executive Summary
The Company
Uchillzzz is an entertainment-relaxing shop that has an intention of providing budget-friendly but
astonishing Japanese-inspired capsules along with international movies and series, and varieties of board
games to choose from. The company targets students and young professionals. As a newcomer in the service
industry, Uchillzzz seeks to bring trends and satisfaction to have distinctions from its competitors and be the
game changer to augment the interests of people for this type of service. It also aims to acquire customers
through advertising in social media to institute a name in the industry.
Nowadays, shops with similar services have been growing profoundly, nevertheless, Uchillzzz is not
just another typical shop for relaxation and entertainment, it prides itself for its genuine goal to ease the
customers’ everyday stress and its eagerness to promote happiness through simple joys. Along with the
supervision of the owners of the shop, an overall trusted business manager will take control over the store, it
also has 5 attendants, 2 security guards and 2 cleaners.
Products and Services
From the different types of capsules offered, the customers can choose from: CAP A (4-7 people)
which can be availed for only 240 pesos, in excess of 4 persons, there will be an additional of 60 per head; and
CAP C (8-12 people) which can be availed for only 480 pesos, in excess of 8 persons, there will be an
additional of 60 per head. These capsules come with a bowl of popcorn, an unlimited Netflix access, free wifi,
classic board games. The company can also provide special requests like arranging a surprise room setup
(inclusion of banners and balloons) for any occasion, these packages range from 1500/3 hours (maximum of
7 people) and 2500/3 hours (maximum of 12 people). Prices may vary upon request. Uchillzzz also has snacks
and drinks ranging from 50-100 pesos.
The Market
The company will be established in Sampaloc, Manila City wherein possible customers can come
across the shop. Uchillzzz is a youthful brand, and so all marketing are focused on our target markets, youthful
audience, more specifically students and working professionals with age range of 13-50 years old.
Financial Considerations
The total capital of Uchillzzz amounts to Php 6,747,353. The company is dedicated to achieve a
projected income of Php 4,664,016 and to be realized a year of its operation. We will continue to strive on
maintaining quality products and satisfying the demands of the consumers.
Business Objectives:
Mission: It is the mission of Uchillzzz to spread happiness and bring satisfaction through the movies, series
and classic board games we offer. It also reinstates the nostalgic feeling of being bonded over on simple joyous
things and to inspire and motivate people that will help in their lives.
Vision: It is the vision of Uchillzzz to become one of the leading entertainment shops and to be remarkable
in every sense with its unique trends. For the first year of the operation, the company aims to introduce our
basic services and products. As we strategize and lead our business to make sure the consistency of its growth,
credibility and popularity, we will strive for continuous improvements and think of ways to give our customers
a sense of having new experience. For the next 3 years, Uchillzzz will not only revitalize the sense and enlighten
the masses in Manila City, but also in Quezon City, Makati, Cebu, Davao, and other major cities in the
Philippines.

Marketing Strategy
Product: Uchillzzz offers spaces intended for fun and relaxation with the inclusion of several movies, series
and classic board games.
Price: To be able for customers to enjoy a holistic relaxing experience, Uchillzzz offers its services for an
affordable price of Php60.00 per head for an hour. Since the company specializes has spaces along with
entertainment in one price, the company will have the advantage over the other stores.
Place: Uchillzzz is proposed to be situated in 966 Basilio St., Sampaloc, Manila City having the following
considerations as its advantages:

 It will be situated beside the public national highway near tricycle terminals and PUV stops where large
numbers of commuters are present. It will be situated in a strategic location around University Belt where
there are number of students and working professionals passing by.
Promotions: Uchillzzz will use the following promotional strategies in order to draw attention of potential
buyers, advertise information on the business brand and its products, and gain increase in sales:
 Maximize the use of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and start a trend (viral video,
page or using hashtags) in advertising our brand with the help of popular vloggers. This is the most
obvious and most advantageous.
 Use promotions designed to create a short term increase in sales. Examples of sales promotion and
incentives include money off coupons, discount codes and "flash sales”.
People: Uchillzzz will hire trustworthy and well-fitted staff for good public relations between the business and
people. The company will also offer perks and benefits to its employees to sharpen their skills and grow their
career within the company. The company also awards its employees who have completed their one year in
company by appraisal or token of appreciation and giving them Christmas parties and summer vacations or
activities.
III. Operational Plan
Product Overview

UChillzzz is a well-equipped entertainment/chill hub that will be situated at the university belt in
Manila City that aims to provide spaces or capsules for customers to enjoy with their friends, colleagues, or
even their families through watching movies and series or playing with our classic board games. UChillzzz
basically lends it building spaces (limited by capsules) which are equipped with entertainment activities for its
guests in exchange for a consideration.
