Dear Sir :

This pertains to purchased 20 bags of 3645 YR seeds on November 2, 2019 ( Receipt here-to
attached, p.5 ) that eventually did not work and failed to grow successfully. Hence; we are most
respectfully appealing to your good office for the replacement, likewise; seeking financial assistance for
the utilized chemicals and labor fees.

Our three (3) farmers who were recipients of these seed bags submitted their complaints
individually after the other that compelled the undersigned to request ocular inspection from your
Marketing Territory Lead.

Testimonies here-to attached marked as exhibits. Exh: 1, Exh: 2 and Exh : 3, pp. 2, 3 & 4
complaining their planting results as-well-as the unintentional missing of some stickers and bar codes by
reasons of innocence. According to their individual statement disclosed that there were no malicious
intentions nor personal gain which caused damaged with the detached stickers bearing bar codes but
it’s just a matter of curiousness particularly of the young planters which the undersigned even
interviewed.

In view of the foregoing, the ignorance of these planters might contributes impediment to our
claims that may read and shown as exhibit statements that accordingly they detached some stickers and
pasted on their bags, elbows, foreheads and everywhere around with unknown reasons but perhaps to
break their tiredness working under the heat of the sun.

However; the truth of the fact during field investigations by your inspector shows poor quality of
grown corn plants. We understand the predicament in the verification and identification of the
completeness of the seed bag but we are submitting our true and honest appeal that your company
would not only based purely on the ground of negligence in custody of the complete paraphernalia of
the hybrid seed bag. The delegation of the farmers of planting materials is made every season and no
untoward reports made of the previous activities purportedly performing good on their work assigned.

On the detached markings such as stickers, barcodes and other things sticked on the seed bag
are easy detachable. Hence; the farmers are not at all times watching the planters that made this
problem arise.

In view of the above; we, as loyal of more than decade clients of your products formerly
“PIONEER HYBRID to present CORTEVA” appealing your utmost consideration to replace a quality
tested 3645 YR as a substitute of our purchased 20 bags as- well-as planting fee paid to planters without
prejudice in consideration of costs on other fees of herbicide chemicals and spray men .
