Separate LCD and OTP FPCB.

Then Disassemble LCD from PBA

7 Separate OTP from PBA. 8 Disassemble Speaker and Motor from REAR.

7-2. Assemble

1 Assemble the 3.0M Camera with PBA 2 Stick electric Tape to PBA.

1) Be careful not to make scratch and molding damage!

2) Make sure electric Tape do not cover Earjack DIP.

3 Assemble OTP to PBA. 4 Assemble LCD to PBA.

2) Keep OTP FPCB stick as datum line. 2) Keep LCD not beyond the copper lines on PBA.

5 Assemble the Shield Can to PBA. 6 Solder the MIC and Receiver.

7 Assemble the PBA to Front. 8 Assemble the Deco.

2) Make sure Receiver "+" line not cross the green line. 2) Make the Deco hooks connect to Front.
