Blade Of Demon Destruction

In Taisho-era Japan, Tanjiro Kamado is a kindhearted and intelligent boy who lives with his family,
he has become his family's sole source of income after the passing of his father. Everything changes
when his family is attacked and slaughtered by demons (oni). Tanjiro and his sister Nezuko are the
sole survivors of the incident. Nezuko has now become a demon, but still surprisingly shows signs of
human emotion and thought. Tanjiro becomes a demon slayer to help his sister turn human again and
to prevent the same tragedy that happened to him and his sister from happening to others.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (Japanese: 鬼滅の刃 Hepburn: Kimetsu no Yaiba) is a
Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotōge. It has been serialized in Weekly
Shōnen Jump since February 2016, with its chapters collected in 17 tankōbon volumes as of October
2019. The series is published in English by Viz Media and simulpublished by Shueisha in English and
Spanish on their Manga Plus platform.
An anime television series adaptation by Ufotable aired from April 6 to September 28, 2019. The
series won several awards at the 2019 Newtype Anime Awards, including Best TV Anime. Immediately
following the airing of episode 26 of the anime series, a sequel film was announced and is scheduled
to premiere in 2020.
Boku No Hero Academia

My Hero Academia (Japanese: 僕のヒーローアカデミア Hepburn: Boku no Hīrō Akademia) is a


Japanese superhero manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It has been serialized in Weekly Shōnen
Jump since July 2014, with its chapters additionally collected in 24 tankōbon volumes as of August 2019. The story follows
Izuku Midoriya, a boy born without superpowers (called Quirks) in a world where they have become commonplace, but
who still dreams of becoming a hero himself. He is scouted by Japan's greatest hero, who shares his quirk with Izuku after
recognizing his potential, and later helps to enroll him in a prestigious high school for heroes in training.
The manga was adapted into an anime television series by Bones. Its first season aired in Japan from April 3 to June
26, 2016, followed by a second season from April 1 to September 30, 2017, then a third season from April 7 to September
29, 2018, and a fourth season from October 12, 2019. An animated film titled My Hero Academia: Two Heroes was
released on August 3, 2018. A second animated film titled My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising will be released on December
20, 2019. There are plans for a live-action film by Legendary Entertainment.
The series has been licensed for an English-language release by Viz Media and began serialization in their weekly
digital manga anthology Weekly Shonen Jumpon February 9, 2015. Shueisha began to simulpublish the series in English on
the website and app Manga Plus in January 2019. The manga won the 2019 Harvey Award for Best Manga, and nominated
for the Angoulême International Comics Festival for Best Youth Comic in 2017.
Dr.Stone

Typical student Taiju Oki tells his science-loving friend Senku Ishigami that he will confess his feelings to
their classmate Yuzuriha Ogawa. He prepares to make his confession to Yuzuriha under a camphor tree on the
school grounds, but his attempt is interrupted when a bright light appears in the sky. Taiju pushes Yuzuriha to
the tree to protect her as the light petrifies them along with the entire human population. After 3700 years
spent trapped in stone, Senku and Taiju are somehow revived from their petrified state six months apart in
what they now call the Stone World. Senku discovers that petrification can be cured with nital, and intends to
rebuild their civilization with Taiju's help. They intend to use it on Yuzuriha first, but a lion attack forces them
to revive martial artist Tsukasa Shishio instead, before later successfully reviving Yuzuriha. A conflict of ideals
leads to Senku's group forming a Kingdom of Science in Ishigami Village to restore civilization and uncover the
mystery of their petrification while Tsukasa establishes an Empire of Might to create a new world free of
technology where only pure-hearted youths are revived.
Dr. Stone (Japanese: ドクターストーン Hepburn: Dokutā Sutōn) is a Japanese manga series written
by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi, serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since March 6, 2017 with the
individual chapters collected and published by Shueisha into ten tankōbon volumes as of April 2019. Viz
Media licensed the manga in North America. Shueisha began to simulpublish the series in English on the
website and app Manga Plus since January 2019. An anime television series adaptation by TMS
Entertainment premiered on July 5, 2019.
The Rising Of The Shield Hero

Naofumi Iwatani, an easygoing Japanese youth, was summoned into a parallel world along with three other young
men from parallel universes to become the world's Cardinal Heroes and fight inter-dimensional hordes of monsters
called Waves. Each of the heroes were respectively equipped with their own legendary equipment when summoned.
Naofumi happened to receive the Legendary Shield, the sole defensive equipment, while the other heroes received a
sword, a spear, and a bow, weapons meant for attack. Unlike the other heroes who are fully supported by the kingdom
and gain several strong allies each, Naofumi's luck turns to the worse after his single companion, revealed to be the
kingdom's Princess, betrays him, steals all his belongings, and leaves him devoid of all assistance and supplies after she
falsely accuses him of sexually assaulting her.
The Rising of the Shield Hero (Japanese: 盾の勇者の成り上がり Hepburn: Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari) is a
Japanese light novel series written by Aneko Yusagi. Originally published as a web novel in the user-generated novel
site Shōsetsuka ni Narō, the series has since been published by Media Factory with an expanded story-line featuring
illustrations by Seira Minami. As of June 25, 2019, twenty-two volumes have been published.
The novel series was adapted into a manga series by Aiya Kyū and published by Media Factory, with thirteen volumes
released as of April 23, 2019. Both the novel and manga series were licensed by One Peace Books and were published in
North America starting in September 2015. The 25-episode anime television series adaptation produced by Kinema
Citrus aired from January to June 2019. A second and third season have been announced. The anime series is licensed in
North America by the Crunchyroll-Funimation partnership.
One-Punch Man 2

One-Punch Man (Japanese: ワンパンマン Hepburn: Wanpanman) is a


Japanese superhero webcomic created by the artist One in early 2009. It has a manga adaptation illustrated
by Yusuke Murata, as well as an anime adaptation. Following its publication, the webcomic quickly went viral,
surpassing 7.9 million hits in June 2012. One-Punch Man tells the story of Saitama, a superhero who can defeat
any opponent with a single punch but seeks to find a worthy opponent after growing bored by a lack of
challenge in his fight against evil.
The series' digital manga remake began publication on Shueisha's Tonari no Young Jump website in 2012.
The chapters are periodically collected and printed into tankōbon volumes. As of November 2019, 20 volumes
have been released, 17 of which have been republished in English. Viz Media has licensed the remake for
English serialization in its Weekly Shonen Jump digital magazine. Its English release received a nomination for
an Eisner Award in 2015 and a Harvey Award in 2016.
An anime television adaptation by Madhouse aired in Japan between October and December 2015. It
was dubbed in English during the summer of 2016, and later that year a planned second season was
announced. On September 25, 2017, it was announced the production company and director had changed. The
second season was animated by J.C.Staff with Chikara Sakurai replacing Shingo Natsume as director and
Yoshikazu Iwanami replacing Shoji Hata as sound director. The second season aired between April and July
2019.
6.Food Wars: The Fourth Plate

Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma (Japanese: 食戟のソーマ Hepburn: Shokugeki no Sōma, lit. "Sōma of the
Shokugeki") is a Japanese shōnen manga series written by Yūto Tsukuda and illustrated by Shun Saeki. Yuki
Morisaki also works as a Contributor, providing the recipes for the series. Individual chapters have been
serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump since November 2012, with tankōbon volumes being released by Shueisha.
As of April 2019, 34 volumes have been released in Japan. The series is licensed by Viz Media, who has been
releasing the volumes digitally since March 18, 2014, and released the first volume in print on August 5, 2014.
An anime adaptation by J.C.Staff aired between April 3 and September 25, 2015. A second season
named Food Wars! The Second Plate aired between July 2 and September 24, 2016. The first cour of the third
season, referred to as Food Wars! The Third Plate aired between October 4 and December 20, 2017. The
second half aired between April 9, 2018, and June 25, 2018. A fourth season entitled Food Wars! The Fourth
Plate premiered on October 12, 2019.
The series is set mainly at Totsuki Saryo Culinary Institute, an elite culinary school located in Tokyo, Japan,
which only a handful of students graduate each year. Its students mostly come from Totsuki's junior high
school, but transfers are taken provided they pass the entrance exam. The campus is a wide-ranging resort
with many research societies (clubs); cooking classrooms, and large arenas used for competitions. Housing
varies, but the most affordable is the Polaris Dormitory, where characters have to impress the dorm matron
with a dish in order to secure residence. Totsuki also runs a chain of resort hotels; with the biggest being the
Totsuki resort; run by Gin Dojima, which is visited during the course of Soma's first year at Totsuki.
8.Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War (Japanese: かぐや様は告らせたい ~天才たちの恋愛頭脳戦


~ Hepburn: Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai - Tensai-tachi no Ren'ai Zunōsen, transl. "Kaguya
Wants to be Confessed to: The Geniuses' War of Love and Brains") is a
Japanese seinen manga series written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka. The series is published in
English by Viz Media. Two spinoff manga launched in 2018, and an anime television series
adaptation by A-1 Pictures aired from January to March 2019. A second season has been
announced.
Student council president Miyuki Shirogane and vice-president Kaguya Shinomiya appear to
be the perfect couple. Kaguya is the daughter of a wealthy conglomerate family, and Miyuki is
the top student at the school and well-known across the prefecture. Although they like each
other, they are too proud to confess their love as they believe whoever does so first would lose.
The story follows their many schemes to make the other one confess.
9.Fruits Basket

Fruits Basket (Japanese: フルーツバスケット Hepburn: Furūtsu Basuketto), sometimes


abbreviated Furuba or Fruba (フルバ), is a Japanese shōjo manga series written and illustrated by Natsuki Takaya. It was
serialized in the semi-monthly Japanese magazine Hana to Yume, published by Hakusensha, from 1998 to 2006. The
series' title comes from the name of a popular game played in Japanese elementary schools, which is alluded to in the
series.
Fruits Basket tells the story of Tohru Honda, an orphan girl who, after meeting Yuki, Kyo, and Shigure Soma, learns
that twelve members of the Soma family are possessed by the animals of the Chinese zodiac (十二支 Jūnishi) and are
cursed to turn into their animal forms when they are weak, stressed, or when they are embraced by anyone of the
opposite sex that is not possessed by a zodiacal spirit. As the series progresses, Tohru learns of the hardships and pain
faced by the afflicted Somas, and through her own generous and loving nature, helps heal their emotional wounds. As
she learns more about Yuki, Kyo, and the rest of the mysterious Soma family, Tohru also learns more about herself and
how much others care for her.
The series was also adapted into a 26-episode anime series in 2001, directed by Akitaro Daichi. A new anime
television series adaptation produced by TMS Entertainment and directed by Yoshihide Ibata premiered on April 2019,
which will adapt the entire manga. The first season of the 2019 reboot was 25 episodes long. The second season will
premiere in 2020.
The anime series is licensed in North America under the Crunchyroll-Funimation partnership.
10.Isekai Quartet

Isekai Quartet (Japanese: 異世界かるてっと Hepburn: Isekai Karutetto) is a


Japanese anime series that serves as a chibi-style crossover between the light
novel series KonoSuba, Overlord, Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, and The
Saga of Tanya the Evil, all published by Kadokawa Corporation. The series aired its
first season in 2019 and a second season was confirmed to air in 2020, including
characters from other series such as The Rising of the Shield Hero.
One day, a magic button suddenly appears. The protagonists
in KonoSuba, Overlord, Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, and The Saga of
Tanya the Evil all press the button and move to a parallel world — another brand
new isekai — where a new story featuring high school life begins.
