Dear Mrs. Alonzo,

I am pleased to enclose here our proposal on having monitor’s in school for announcements and
information to be implemented by Grade 12 Visual Arts Strand.. We hope this proposal will allow you
to come to a decision regarding support for this project in the coming weeks. Grade 12 Visual Art
Students requests P672,000 for the project.
It is important to have monitors in every building of the school in order to disseminate information
quickly and effectively. If the information were not distribute well, it can cause confusion and
misinformation that may lead a bigger impact to the school.
We are fully informed in every problem of the University in the spreading of the important
announcements and information. The students are knowledgeable enough on how these monitors
will be used, however, we are going to ask for help from the experts in this field.
With the help of professionals the monitors will be installed on the entrance of every building in
school also at every floor of the building. It will show all of the information and announcements that
are needed. Because of this project, it will help the school to share information so everyone will be
easily updated.
