Ladies and Gentlemen:

May we respectfully request for a favorable authority from the August Body for the purchase of
two (2) motor vehicles of the Provincial Detention Center Management Division.

Attached are the letter-request from Acting Provincial Warden Ferdinand M. Ferancullo, vehicle
specification and the Certification issued by the Provincial Finance Committee for the availability
of funds for the purchase of the said vehicles in the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2017,
General Fund Annual Budget FY 2018 and FY 2018 Supplemental Budget No. 2 as enacted
through General Appropriations Ordinance Nos. 571-2016, 624-2017 and 665-2018,
respectively, for your ready reference.

We are assuring the Body that the vehicle will be purchased on the principle of functional
suitability, affordability and practicability.

We trust that you will find this representation in order.
