project by PT.PP, tbk.
2. After winning the tender held by PT. Jasa Marga as the owner, we got an
assignment from the central contractor of PT. PP,tbk in Jakarta to work on
the construction of the Pandaan - Malang toll road with specs: total length
of 38,488 km, interchange of 5 units, overbridge of 17 units, underbridge
16 units, underpass 36 units, Box culvert 72 units, culvert pipe 85 units,
gutter 10 units, construction time 720 calendar days with a total cost of Rp
3,800,000,000,-

set objectives:
1. We want to build the Pandaan - Malang toll road with a total length of
38,488 km, to carry out toll road construction in order to finish on time
then we dividing 5 sections, that is:
 Section 1 of Pandaan - Purwodadi (STA 0 + 000 to STA 15 + 475)
with a length of 15,475 km.
 Section 2 of Purwodadi - Lawang (STA 15 + 475 to STA 23 + 525)
with a length of 8.050 km.
 Section 3 of Lawang - Pakis I (STA 23 + 525 to STA 30 + 625) with a
length of 7,100 km.
 Section 4 of Ferns I - Ferns II (STA 30 + 625 to STA 35 + 375) with a
length of 4,750 km.
 Section 5 of Pakis II - Madyopuro (STA 35 + 375 to STA 38 + 488)
with a length of 3,113 km.

There are several work plans item that will be carried out during the
Pandaan-Malang toll road construction process, that is:

 Clearing work location

 Common borrow material
 Cut and fill
 Bridge
  Aggregate foundation layer
 Lean concrete
 Rigid pavement

In the toll road construction process a lot of concrete work, for example
rigid pavement work with spec concrete class P, bridge work with spec
concrete K-250, K-350, K-400, K-500, etc. So In the construction
process need near batching plan from the project area, because make
easily for delivery, so it can save time. Include cut and fill job because cut
and fill is important to became foundation for the toll rood project.

2. we have 720 calendar days to carry out the Pandaan-Malang toll road
project. during the construction process section 1 - section 4 ran smoothly
according to schedule but for section 5 there were problems because the
temple was found at the project site so the project was stopped and made
our work is delay for 6 months

jalan tol Pandaan-Malang. selama proses konstruksi seksi 1 - seksi 4
lancar sesuai jadwal tetapi untuk seksi 5 mengalami kendala karena
ditemukan candi di lokasi proyek sehingga proyek di hentikan dan
membuat pekerjaan kita terlambat selama 6 bulan
