proceed with the booking upon your acknowledgement and payment for the reservation. Any payment

PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICY

 Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rooms are subject to availability.
 Upon confirmation, a 50% partial payment is required to reserve the slot. Remaining balance is to be
paid 10 days before travel date. Full payment is required from travel dates within 2 weeks. We
encourage you to send the payment in advance, to avoid delay and inconvenience in sending the tour
voucher. Please ensure that no deduction on the payment made through our bank. Partial/ Full
payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Failure to settle the remaining balance will cause
in the forfeiting of the tour.
 Scanned deposit slip must be emailed to us. Cash deposit slip only. Check deposit slip will not be
honored.

 For Airline Tickets, full payment is required. Ticket is BOOK AND BUY BASIS.

REFUND POLICY

Tour Activities Cancellation

 If cancellation is within 2 days before the tour- No Refund/ Forfeited

 If cancellation is within 3 days before the tour- 50% Refund
 If cancellation is within 4 days before the tour- 70% Refund
 If cancellation is within 5 days before the tour- 80% Refund

Full Package Cancellation:

 If package has been paid in full, said amount is subject to Cancellation Policy as follows.
o If cancellation is 30 days before the tour- 50% Refund of the Total Package
o If cancellation is 15 days before the tour- NO REFUND of the Total Package

Refund is made on tours and/or services not done/ not provided due to unforeseen events, strikes, riots
and acts of GOD or conditions beyond the control of the agency. However, if tours and/or service has been
diverted to other available tours and/or service, refund will only be applied to the total cost of the diverted
tours, if it costs less than the original package, but if the diverted tour, costs more than the original
package, the difference will be paid by the guests.

Refund will not be deducted from the total amount of bill, but will be credited back to a designated back
account of the guests. Refund is process at least minimum of 30 working days, upon receipt of valid and
verified documents from the Tour Operations Department and Report from the field by Tour
Guides/Coordinators,Hotel Partners and Company Tour Coordinators.

Refund will be deposited/ credited either by Cash, Cheque or thru Bank Fund Transfer Facility, whichever is
available. Once deposited, we will furnish the validated deposit slip to your designated email address.
